About the Event

The NLHF Business Support Programme has been developed by Museums Galleries Scotland, Built Environment Forum Scotland, and greenspace Scotland to support heritage organisations in Scotland to develop sustainable business models.

This extensive training programme, spanning over two years of delivery, will commence in April 2021 and deliver a comprehensive resilience and leadership training programme for approximately 40 heritage organisations in Scotland, which will be tailored to the needs of each participant.

We are holding two remote Focus Group sessions on Thursday 1 October 2020 and are inviting heritage organisations across Scotland to participate and contribute to the co-development of the programme.

We will be asking for your views on skills gaps within the heritage sector and how the Business Support Programme can help support and upskill your organisation and staff within the four key areas of leadership, governance, business planning and local community engagement.

To join one of our Focus Group sessions, please register by 10am on Wednesday 30 September 2020. Places are limited so please book early.

If you have any questions, please contact our Business Support Project Manager – fionas@museumsgalleriesscotland.org.uk

Open to all heritage organisations in Scotland that are interested in participating - museums, built environment, greenspace, community heritage etc.
