About the Event

An Introduction to Intellectual Property – This webinar, led by Naomi Korn, will give an essential introduction to key Intellectual Property (IP) components such as copyright, trade marks, design rights and database rights and their importance to the cultural heritage sector. It will provide an overview of what each one protects and how rights can be best managed and commercial impact optimised. Using case studies and exemplars of excellence, the webinar will focus on managing IP more efficiently: reducing costs and providing potential resilience opportunities.
