Veena Muthuraman

Veena is a senior management professional with nearly 20 years of consulting, industry and entrepreneurial experience across the UK, US and India. Her areas of focus are in formulating and evaluating strategies, shaping plans, developing business cases and taking the strategy through to execution. She has extensive experience in reviewing strategic programmes and recommending remediation actions where appropriate. Veena’s current sector focus is Retail Banking in her current role as Client Delivery Director at FIS in Edinburgh; she has significant experience  across financial services and the healthcare sector gained from her previous roles with Tesco Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Diamond Consultants and ZS Associates.

In between consulting and industry, Veena co-founded two social enterprise ventures in India focused on digital healthcare and affordable housing. She is the author of a collection of short stories and is currently working on her first novel.
